Meet Travy.
One bottle. Four products. Zero leaks.

Sound familiar?
You unzip your suitcase
and your silk shirt is coated
in shampoo.
If you've been there, you know the feeling. If you haven't, you've been dreading it every single flight.
- Ruined clothes, electronics, and luggage interiors.
- TSA confiscating your $100 serums at the gate.
- Decanting at midnight before a 5am flight.
Travy ends it.

Product & how it works
How is Travy different from silicone travel bottles?
Silicone bottles fail at altitude because their flexible walls expand under cabin pressure changes, forcing liquid past the cap seals. Travy uses a rigid ABS exoskeleton that doesn't deform — combined with airless pump technology that pushes product up via a vacuum piston instead of relying on a fragile dip-tube. No expansion, no leaks, no clogging.
What's the airless pump and why does it matter?
Traditional travel bottles use dip-tubes (a plastic straw inside the bottle). When liquid is thick, the straw can't pull it up — it sucks air and clogs. Airless pumps use a vacuum piston that rises from the bottom, pushing 100% of the product upward. It works flawlessly with thick conditioners, dense creams, and high-viscosity serums. Bonus: no air enters the chamber, so your active ingredients (vitamin C, retinols) don't oxidize.
What materials is Travy made of?
Outer exoskeleton: high-grade ABS plastic (impact-resistant, BPA-free). Inner chambers: food-grade PP (polypropylene) — safe for skincare, haircare, and cosmetic formulas. The pump mechanism uses medical-grade silicone seals.
Can I use it for thick products like hair masks, body butter, or sunscreen?
Yes — that's literally what it was designed for. The airless vacuum pump handles high-viscosity formulas that fail in standard travel bottles. We've tested it with thick hair masks, dense body butters, mineral sunscreens, and conditioners.
Travel & TSA
Is it really TSA-compliant?
Each of Travy's 4 chambers holds 30ml — well under the 100ml per-container limit set by TSA 3-1-1 (US), CATSA (Canada), the EU 100ml rule, and equivalent standards globally. The whole unit fits inside a standard quart-size or 20×20cm liquids bag.
Does it actually survive cabin pressure?
Yes. The rigid ABS shell doesn't compress or expand at altitude, eliminating the pressure differential that causes silicone bottles to rupture. We've tested at 35,000 ft. with no leaks across the chambers.
How does it handle international flights and different airlines?
All major liquid restrictions worldwide are based on the same 100ml-per-container standard. Travy meets that for every country and airline. Each chamber is sized at 30ml as a buffer.
Capacity & usage
How long does each chamber last?
Roughly 25–35 uses for shampoo or conditioner, 60+ uses for serums, oils, and lotions. That's typically a 7–10 day trip's worth per chamber, so a full Travy covers most carry-on travel timeframes.
Can I refill it as many times as I want?
Yes. The chambers detach fully from the outer shell — refill them as many times as you want with whatever products you choose. No limits.
How do I refill it?
Detach the chamber from the outer shell, unscrew the top cap, pour your product in (no funnel needed thanks to the wide opening), screw the cap back on, slide the chamber back into the shell. Takes under 60 seconds per chamber.
Care & maintenance
How do I clean it between trips?
Detach all 4 chambers from the outer shell. Rinse with warm water (and a drop of dish soap if needed). The wide-mouth opening lets you reach inside easily. Air dry overnight before refilling. The airless pump leaves zero residue on the chamber walls — no clogs, no mold.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing only. Dishwasher heat can degrade the airless pump seals over time. Hand-wash takes 30 seconds per chamber.
Shipping & returns
When will my order arrive?
2–5 business days for US orders, 5–10 business days for international. Free shipping on orders over $40.
What's your return policy?
30-day, no-questions-asked returns. If Travy leaks, fails, or you simply don't love it, send it back for a full refund.
